To regain access to your subdomain, you can create a suport ticket here and include your subdomain in addition to the following information depending on your situation:
If you lost your .sxcu file but still have access to your token: Include your token in your ticket as proof of subdomain ownership.
If you have neither your .sxcu file, nor a backup of your token: You may include your IP address in your ticket, this will be compared against uploads made to the subdomain in question. Please note, if you have a dynamic IP address that has changed since your last upload, you will have to find a way to provide a previous IP address we can use to verify your ownership status.
